You had a misfortunate event occur earlier in your day and you have yet to release it and set yourself free. Release. Eat food. Drink water. You are not drowning. You are not dying. You are not losing. You did a great job in that first hour. Be easy on yourself, but do it again.


Then again.


Once more.


And one last time.


And now you’re done.


Get some beauty rest and prepare for tomorrow.
